Benjamin is pleased to offer private lessons and clinics for school bands and orchestras. All engagements are by appointment. A limited number of scholarships are now available!
Currently, Benjamin is a Doctoral student at the University of Utah and spends his time performing with the University of Utah Wind Symphony and Philharmonias. He has performed internationally for the Vietnam National Opera & Ballet and the BYU Chamber Orchestra in China.
Benjamin grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area. He began taking lessons with Bob Ward of the San Francisco Symphony at age 12. He went on to earn a Bachelor of Musical Arts degree at BYU-Idaho and a Master of Music in French horn performance from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah.
His principal teachers have been Bob Ward, Kendell Nielsen, David Sprung, and Laurence Lowe. Benjamin is a student of Stephen Proser.
